DIY-BABY ONESIES

How many of you know how to sew?  I do, but I don't have the time to put towards this craft.  If I wasn't working a full time job I would sew all kinds of things.... Home decor, my clothes, and my soon to be daughters clothes.  I remember my mom would sew the cutest dresses for me when I was young.  I came across this tutorial on how to turn old adult tee shirts into baby onesies.  How adorable.  I have a few shirts I would to do this with.  For those of you who do and who don't know how to sew you can check out this easy step by step guide on how to create this unique item for the baby in your life here.  Enjoy!

COOL SUMMER LOOK-THE ROMPER

Sanaa Lathan was rocking this watermelon pink romper. The color is on point, it's bright but not over the top neon. It's a good color choice for women of color and for those with a tan. I love how shimmery and touchable her legs look too. Don't forget to get your skin silky smooth and shimmery with a shimmer lotion. This is a basic summer staple. The look can be kept casual with beaded flip flops and a skinny belt. It can also be dressed up like I did here with wedges, bangles, earrings and a large tote. This makes for a great item to pack when traveling this summer. What is the one piece that you can not live without this summer?
